Return Policy

We want you to feel confident shopping with RAK Elite.

Due to the made-to-order nature of many of our products, we currently accept returns and replacements only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 30 days of delivery if:

  • your item arrives damaged,
  • defective,
  • or you receive the wrong item.

Please include:

  • your order number,
  • a brief description of the issue,
  • and photos of the item and packaging when possible.

If your request is approved, we’ll provide replacement or refund instructions.


Exchanges & Sizing

Because many items are produced on demand, we encourage customers to review sizing charts and product details carefully before placing an order.

At this time, we may not be able to accommodate standard exchanges or returns for sizing issues or buyer’s remorse.

If you have questions before ordering, feel free to contact us and we’ll gladly help.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • sale items,
  • gift cards,
  • personalized/custom products,
  • or items that have been worn, washed, or used.

Refunds

If your refund request is approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification, in accordance with local laws.

Returned items must still be unworn, unused, and in original condition with tags and packaging included.
