Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page.

During launches, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive:

  • an order confirmation email,
  • followed by a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

United States

3–7 business days

International

1–4 weeks depending on destination and customs processing

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or customs processing.


Tracking Information

Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order ships.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

RAK Elite is not responsible for:

  • shipping carrier delays,
  • lost packages marked as delivered,
  • or incorrect shipping information entered at checkout.

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier first.

If you still need assistance, feel free to contact us and we’ll do our best to help.


Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.


International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, duties, or additional charges required by their country.

RAK Elite is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
